AO SDLC: software that ships while you sleep

Work arrives in the evening. Reviewable pull requests are waiting in the morning. Our autonomous delivery platform runs the night shift.

The idea

A coding agent is a brilliant engine and a terrible employee: capable, stateless, forgetful. We built the layer that turns one into a dependable delivery system: the institutional memory and orchestration that decides what to work on, in what order, with what accumulated project context.

How it runs

Event-driven AWS end to end: webhooks queue through SQS, a classifier agent routes each one, and long-running sessions execute on Fargate Spot. The orchestration is an explicit state machine, including a state for recognising the whole approach is wrong and re-framing from first principles instead of patching. That one state is worth more than any prompt tweak we have found.

The discipline

Context is durable, so every run builds on the last. Output is auditable and arrives as a pull request for a human merge decision, never an unsupervised commit. Impressive demos are easy; the discipline is what makes autonomy reliable.
