AOne: the CMS you're looking at

This site is its own case study. Every page you're reading was authored, staged and promoted through AOne, our multi-tenant CMS, built almost entirely by orchestrated AI agents.

What it is

A serverless CMS for communities of sites: AppSync GraphQL over single-table DynamoDB, hard tenant isolation in the resolver pipeline, a Go + HTMX admin with in-place editing over the exact render path that publishes, so preview is never a lie.

Publishing, done properly

Author once, publish to a gated staging channel, review, promote. Then production receives the exact frozen revision set you approved, cross-account, on per-channel IAM roles. Templates, layout grids, design tokens, typography and scroll-driven motion are all authored in the admin; adding an entire published site is one line of configuration.

Why it exists

Partly because we needed it. Mostly because it is the proving ground for agentic delivery: nearly every feature was shipped by AI agents working through AO Forge, our delivery framework, with the verification records to show for it. The product and the process demonstrate each other.
