The problem

SkillUp helps workers change careers, but insight gathered in conversation used to die in the transcript. The coalition wanted the AI coaching proven in their accelerator turned into the platform's future, without betting the existing product on a big-bang rewrite.

What we built

A self-contained AI stack that runs beside the legacy platform and takes over one experience at a time. Assessment insights stream into live dashboard panels the moment the dialogue produces them. Next up: steering the whole site by voice, through Claude tool calls. "Show me my training plan." "Apply for that role."

Under the hood

A two-account AWS estate built from scratch (Organizations, Terraform, Fargate, Postgres) with the architectural boundary drawn so cleanly the incumbent vendor never has to be in the room. We advise the CTO directly on where the platform goes next.
